The following is a letter sent to the BBB Dayton/Miami Valley Inc.

Dear Sir,

    I called your office to check on some business’s who do chimney repair work.  I have a brick outside fireplace chimney.  I chose a company, Miami Valley Chimney, Inc.  I called them and Mr. Eggert said he would come out July 13, to give me an estimate at 9:00 A.M.  He came fifteen minutes early which I was very impressed that he came as he said.  As most companies don’t show up or even call and say that they can’t make it.  Then you don’t hear from them.
    They came to work on the chimney when he promised and there again I was impressed with his efficiency.  They worked on it every day until the job was finished.  They did the job well and as he had inventoried it on his contract with me.  They also cleaned all the mess up after the job was finished.
    Also he didn’t ask for any money up front and said I would pay when the job was completed.  That told me he was a very reliable business man and kept his money in the business.
    I would highly recommend Miami Valley Chimney, Inc to anyone.
